*Beginning Cake Decorating: come with a grown up and have
fun decorating a cake of your very own to take home.
February 8, 2009 9:30-11:00 am $80.00 per pair
*All About Breakfast: the most important meal of the day.
Come together and try your hands at sticky buns to frittatas. Plus
lots of things in between. YUM!
February 14, 2009 9:30-10:30am $60.00 per pair
*Valentine Castles: what is red and white and smells like
gingerbread? Your own personal holiday gingerbread castle. Come
and decorate a stunning castle to share for Valentine's Day.
February 15, 2009 9:30-11:00 am $75.00 per pair
*Pasta, Pasta and more Pasta: work with your tiny tot to
make pasta dough then create oodles of pasta shapes and sizes. There
will be a simple pasta sauce demo in order to leave all the time
for pasta creations.

*Spring Cookies: We will roll out all kinds of spring cookie

*Beginning Cake Decorating: join our group or bring some
friends to the sweetest cake party ever. You will learn to ice your
cake with buttercream frosting and decorate your masterpiece to
take home.

*All About Breakfast: Start the most important meal of the
day at Just Cakes. We will start with sticky buns, everybody's favorite.
And move to muffins and much more.

*Valentine Castles: what is red and white and smells like
gingerbread? Your own personal holiday gingerbread castle. Come
and decorate a stunning castle to share for Valentine's Day.

create sizes and shapes to sample and take home. There will be a
simple demonstration of a marinara sauce to enjoy with your pasta.

You will work closely with our pastry chefs to ice and decorate
your cake with buttercream décor and fondant décor.

*Cake Decorating… This is for the intermediate chef
who wants to start learning fondant cake decorating. Our chefs will
lead you through the process of coloring the fondant, rolling it
out for the cake. Your will also make ribbons, roses and much more!

Cake Decorating Classes for Children and Young Teens
Cake decorating classes for children and young teens, each child
makes a six-inch cake to trim and then take home. Classes vary
according to age and ability and can range from learning how to
pipe icing and use stencils to decorating with edible flowers.
